Safety & Contraindications
A Gentle and Responsible Approach
Rebirthing Breathwork is offered in a gentle, trauma-informed, and choice-led way.
Your safety, comfort, and autonomy are central throughout the process.
Sessions are guided with care and respect for the nervous system. The pace of the breathing and the depth of the experience are always led by the person breathing. At any time, you may pause, adjust your breath, or stop the session if needed.
This work is not about pushing the body or forcing emotional release. Instead, it supports awareness, regulation, and the natural intelligence of the body to move at a pace that feels safe and appropriate.
Your Choice & Your Consent
You remain in control of your experience at all times.
During a session you are always welcome to:
- Pause or slow the breathing
- Ask questions or request support
- Sit up or change position
- Take breaks whenever needed
Your comfort, boundaries, and personal choice are respected throughout the session.
Contraindications
Conscious Connected Breathwork may not be suitable for people with certain medical or psychological conditions.
These include:

Pregnacy
Rebirthing Breathwork can be adapted to support pregnancy and the perinatal journey.
