Annual Residential Retreat
An Invitation to Return to Breath, Body, and Self
Each year we gather for a deeply immersive rebirthing breathwork retreat — a dedicated space to step away from daily life and reconnect with the rhythm of breath, body, and nature.
Held in the quiet sanctuary of Westcove House in County Kerry, this residential retreat offers time to rest, breathe, and gently explore the inner landscape in a supportive and grounded environment.
Surrounded by gardens, sea air, and expansive views overlooking a peaceful pier where wild seals swim and boats rest along the shoreline, the land itself becomes part of the experience.
This retreat is an opportunity to pause, restore, and reconnect — both inwardly and with a community of people walking a similar path.
The Setting
Westcove House offers a simple and welcoming country atmosphere.
Quaint cottages with open fires create a home-from-home feeling, inviting deep rest and ease.
Located on the Ring of Kerry:
Nature becomes a gentle companion throughout the retreat, supporting grounding, reflection, and integration.
The Rebirthing Intensive Experience
A rebirthing intensive offers the rare opportunity to work consistently with the breath over several days, allowing deeper layers of awareness and regulation to unfold naturally.
Through conscious connected breathing, participants are supported to:
Rather than forcing change, the breath creates conditions where insight, integration, and shifts in perspective may arise organically.
Many participants experience a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and vitality.
The Breath as Teacher
Rebirthing Breathwork is more than a technique — it is a practice of meeting ourselves honestly and compassionately.
By turning inward through the breath, we begin to notice the patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that shape our lives. Often these patterns were formed early in life, even before conscious memory.
The breath gently expands awareness, allowing us to meet both pain and possibility with greater understanding.
Nothing is forced.
The breath reveals only what the system is ready to meet.
Through non-judgemental awareness, space opens for healing, acceptance, and new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
Theme for This Year’s Retreat
This year’s retreat includes an exploration of:
Drawing from Family Constellation–informed practices, participants will explore how inherited patterns may continue to influence present-day experience, and where movement toward resolution and integration becomes possible.
This work is approached gently and respectfully, always guided by personal readiness and choice.

Together, these practices support a journey back into embodied presence.
