Complaints Policy
At Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and integrity in all areas of our work.
We welcome feedback as an opportunity to learn, grow, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Informal Resolution
If a concern arises, participants are encouraged to raise the issue directly with the facilitator where possible. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and respectfully through open communication.
Formal Complaints Process
If a concern cannot be resolved informally, a formal complaint may be submitted in writing via email.
Please include:
Your full name
Details of the concern or complaint
Relevant dates and supporting context
All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
A full response will be provided within 14 working days, following a review of the concern.
Confidentiality
All complaints will be handled with sensitivity and confidentiality, respecting all parties involved.
Escalation
If the outcome is not satisfactory, further guidance may be sought through relevant professional bodies or accrediting organisations where applicable.
This policy supports transparency, accountability, and the wellbeing of all participants.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to clarity and fairness in all financial agreements.
Training Programmes
Due to the limited number of places and the nature of small group training:
A deposit is required to secure your place.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your place in the training.
Cancellations by Participant
If you withdraw before the training begins, payments made (excluding the deposit) may be refunded or transferred at the discretion of the facilitator.
Once training has commenced, refunds are generally not offered due to the commitment and structure of the programme.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of exceptional circumstances (for example illness or family emergency), requests may be considered on an individual basis.
Cancellations by Provider
If Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland needs to cancel or reschedule a training or event, participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
A transfer to a future training.
1:1 Sessions
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
This policy supports the sustainability of the training and respects the commitment of both participants and facilitator.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, trainings, and sessions offered through Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland. By booking or participating, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Practice
Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland offers breathwork sessions, training programmes, and related practices for personal development and wellbeing.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where necessary.
2. Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing throughout all sessions and trainings.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
Breathwork can involve emotional and physical experiences.
You agree to communicate any relevant concerns or conditions.
You take responsibility for your own process and integration.
3. Health & Contraindications
Participants must disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to participation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cardiovascular conditions
- Epilepsy
- Severe mental health conditions
- Pregnancy
Participation may be adjusted or declined where necessary to ensure safety.
4. Confidentiality
All personal information shared within sessions and training spaces is treated as confidential.
Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of others within group settings.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
- Take responsibility for their behaviour and participation
- Maintain appropriate boundaries within the group setting
Behaviour that compromises the safety or integrity of the space may result in removal from a session or training.
6. Payments
All fees must be paid as agreed at the time of booking or enrolment.
Payment plans may be offered where appropriate and must be adhered to.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

8. Changes to Services
Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland reserves the right to make reasonable changes to training schedules, content, or delivery format where necessary.
Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
9. Liability
Participation in breathwork sessions and trainings is voluntary.
Rebirthing Breathwork Ireland is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
10. Agreement
By booking or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
